Stash work

One of my goals this year is to knit up the random 1/2 to 3/4 balls of yarn I have laying around. Work them into a useful project, while cleaning & making room. I am also wanting to work down my stash and try not adding too much to it. Tho my stash is fairly reasonable, I think, don't you?

I want to work up some of these beauties into their future shapes and start wearing them.

So far I have made a little girl hat, for my friend & fellow blogger, Shateen, who's expecting in May.  The yarn is the rest of my Tosh Vintage in "Amber Trinket" when I made my Hannah hat. The little girl hat pattern is the "Simple Newborn hat with a touch of Lace" by Ginny Sheller. I rather like the result & wished it would fit me. :)

I have also made a very simple 1x1 ribbed hat out of some remaining Malabrigo in "Midnight in Paris". It's so squishy, soft & warm.

Now it's harder to decide what to work on next...
